Responsibilities

Lead the appointment, evaluation, and development of middle and senior managers to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company goals.
Foster collaboration and integration across departments and business units, ensuring unified execution of projects and delivery of services to global clients.
Represent ShyftLabs in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and official events, safeguarding the company’s interests and strengthening its market presence.
Drive innovation by monitoring global technology trends, emerging data solutions, and industry best practices to maintain ShyftLabs’ competitive advantage.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of services delivered to clients.
Introduce and lead sustainability and ethical AI initiatives, ensuring responsible innovation, data governance, and compliance with evolving industry standards.
Establish performance measurement systems and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
Monitor financial performance, analyze operating costs, and implement strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
Ensure the adoption and integration of cutting-edge data platforms, software tools, and digital systems to enhance accuracy, scalability, and innovation in service delivery.
Allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies, programs, and long-term initiatives.
Authorize and structure the establishment of major departments, including hiring and appointing senior leadership roles.
Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies, programs, and technology roadmaps that support overall business strategy.
Represent the organization or appoint delegates in negotiations, strategic partnerships, regulatory discussions, and other official functions.
Select and empower middle managers, directors, and executive technical staff, ensuring clarity in responsibilities, decision-making authority, and success metrics.
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily technology operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, compliance, and alignment to business outcomes.
Champion engineering excellence, modernization, and innovation across all technical teams.
Ensure the organization maintains strong security, data governance, and compliance standards, suitable for enterprise-level clients and partnerships.
Build a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
A university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or other discipline related to the company's service is required.
Preferably 2 - 5 years of experience as a middle manager in technology sector, financial, communications or other business services.
Specialization in a particular functional area or service is possible through specific university training in that area or through previous experience.
Demonstrated patience, tact and diplomacy while leading a diverse team of industry professionals.
Ability to multi-task, remain cool and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent, interpersonal and communication experience, verbal, written and administrative skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technically and strategically to diverse audiences.
Highly organized, with strong operational oversight and the ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
Proven track record leading engineering or technology organizations at a senior or executive level.
Demonstrated experience in scaling teams, systems, and processes within a technology-driven environment.
Strong background in resource planning, budget ownership, and organizational design.
