About the role

Senior Product Manager owning strategy and roadmap for Snappt’s AI-powered fraud detection platform. Improving rental applicant verification and leasing experiences for multifamily property teams.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and roadmap for the product area, from applicant or customer experience to backend logic to go-to-market
Improve applicant- or property-team-facing flows while reducing friction and manual review through smarter automation
Drive cross-functional alignment with Customer Success, Sales, and property management company stakeholders
Operate with a P&L mindset
Own outcomes rather than just outputs, working closely with engineering and focusing on metrics and edge cases
Partner with integration and channel partners to extend product reach
Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success to scale the product

At least 4 years of product management experience shipping products with real business impact
Experience with applicant, consumer, or self-service-facing products, ideally in verification, fintech, identity, income, employment, or rental data
Strong product and design sense with a track record of intuitive user experiences
Data-driven and customer-centric approach
Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions
Technically savvy enough to work closely with engineering and data science without needing to code
Clear communication skills to rally cross-functional teams and external partners
Excitement about using tools like Claude to accelerate product development
