Responsibilities
Administer the corporate Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority (PKI), and Group Policy
Administer Atlassian Jira and Confluence, the 1C/ERP application and SQL servers, monitoring, backup, Google Workspace, and Slack
Support VDI and terminal server farms; administer domain services and certificates; patch and document systems
Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
Participate in infrastructure projects including Active Directory domain migration, Citrix VDI replacement, application publishing and load-balancing stack replacement, Windows server upgrades, and legacy system decommissioning
Prepare implementation steps, build test environments, and run project pilots
Maintain infrastructure documentation and inventory in NetBox and Confluence
Participate in the on-call rotation to maintain system availability
Collaborate with NOC, InfoSec, DevOps, and L2 Support teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Minimum 5 years administering Microsoft and VDI infrastructure
Completed at least one Active Directory domain or forest migration, including object migration between domains and forests with minimal downtime
Production experience administering VDI or terminal access platforms
Expertise in multi-domain Active Directory Domain Services, including domains, forests, trusts, replication, FSMO, DFS, GPO, delegation, Kerberos/NTLM, auditing, and new domain controller deployment
Experience with ADMT/PES, SID History, dependency inventory, and phased domain/forest migration
DNS administration: zones, forwarders, zone transfers, and split horizon
PKI/AD CS: templates, auto-enrolment, revocation, renewal, and TLS lifecycle
Citrix or alternative VDI administration, including deployment, golden images, troubleshooting, and Windows 11
Windows RDS farm operation, including Connection Broker, RD Gateway, Session Hosts, published apps, CAL, FSLogix, and Duo MFA
Windows Server upgrades, WSUS, patching, file services, Veeam backup/restore, and addressing audit findings
Linux administration with Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, CentOS/RHEL, including systemd services, packages, users/access, logs, and troubleshooting
Load balancing with nginx and HAProxy, including reverse proxy, publishing, TLS termination, health checks, NLB, and keepalived/VRRP
Hyper-V and VMware ESXi virtualization administration, including VMs, hosts, datastores, and snapshots
Google Workspace/GCP administration, including tenants, domains, groups, SSO/OAuth, domain-wide delegation, administration, billing, GWS backup, and GCP projects
PowerShell for routine administration
Fluent Russian and English proficiency, with English at B1 (Intermediate) or above
Clear communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, critical thinking, attention to detail, and customer focus
Nice to have: Bash or Python, Terraform, Ansible, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Amazon WorkSpaces, AWS/Azure/GCP, storage administration, HCI, and ITIL or another service management certification
