About the role
- Pharmacien·ne assurant la distribution ou l’oncologie hospitalière pour l’Agence Services SFT. Validation d’ordonnances, enseignement aux patients et travail hybride ou à distance.
Responsibilities
- Join the Agence Services SFT team as a pharmacist
- Distribution: perform in-person or remote distribution activities
- Distribution: work Monday to Friday, either on-site or remotely
- Distribution: provide mandatory coverage every other weekend
- Oncology: perform remote oncology prescription verification
- Oncology: provide remote patient education
Requirements
- Member in good standing with the OPQ (Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec)
- Master’s degree in Advanced Pharmacotherapy (Québec)
- Loi 31 certification
- Personal DSQ access
- Proficient in Gespharx (validation, scanning, clinical, and BCM modules)
- Proficient in the MYLE EMR for oncology
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written
- Able to write in English
- FARPOPQ insurance (Category A)
- Oncology position: minimum of 2 years of hospital oncology experience in Québec
- Oncology position: experience in prescription verification and patient education
