About the role
- Pro&Go Technician performing testing and quality inspections for hearing instruments at Sonova. Ensuring products meet quality standards and documentation of non-conforming items.
Responsibilities
- Perform electro-acoustical testing using ProGo test and configuration software
- Conduct final visual and listening inspections of hearing instruments
- Perform Wireless Quality Tests (WQT)
- Collect and document information related to non-conforming products
- Complete final order confirmation and invoicing
- Maintain and calibrate testing stations
- Perform quality control according to ISO quality standards
Requirements
- Elementary education required; secondary education preferred
- Entry-level role; no previous experience required
- Previous hearing aid ANSI testing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow work instructions precisely
- Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge is an asset
- A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
