About the role

  • Pro&Go Technician performing testing and quality inspections for hearing instruments at Sonova. Ensuring products meet quality standards and documentation of non-conforming items.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electro-acoustical testing using ProGo test and configuration software
  • Conduct final visual and listening inspections of hearing instruments
  • Perform Wireless Quality Tests (WQT)
  • Collect and document information related to non-conforming products
  • Complete final order confirmation and invoicing
  • Maintain and calibrate testing stations
  • Perform quality control according to ISO quality standards

Requirements

  • Elementary education required; secondary education preferred
  • Entry-level role; no previous experience required
  • Previous hearing aid ANSI testing experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow work instructions precisely
  • Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge is an asset
  • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
