About the role

Junior Front-End Developer at SPLICE Software creating and maintaining user interfaces for web applications. Collaborating with a passionate team to deliver interactive features and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

**In this role, you will:**
Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications
Implement responsive designs and interactive features
Work closely with all teams to translate requests and priorities into designs and code
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs
Debug, test, and optimize front-end performance
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Learn and adopt modern front-end development practices
Create and maintain system and usage documentation
Adopt modern AI usage to support productivity

**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or graduating soon)
Strong understanding of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as **React, Vue, or Angular**
Basic understanding of **Git/version control**
Knowledge of responsive design principles
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
**Nice to Have**
Experience with **TypeScript**
Familiarity with **REST APIs**
Experience with issue tracking tools (Jira, Linear, etc.)
Personal projects or GitHub portfolio
Internship or co-op experience in software development
