About the role

  • Senior digital marketing manager driving paid media, SEO, and AI visibility for SPS Commerce’s cloud supply-chain solutions. Owning budgets, pipeline growth, experimentation, and agency performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media programs across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and emerging channels
  • Own channel mix, CAC, and measurable improvement in cost per qualified pipeline dollar
  • Manage forecasting, pacing, in-quarter budget reallocation, and business cases for increased spend
  • Run continuous tests across creative, audience, offer, bid strategy, and landing-page experience
  • Own the paid conversion path from ad through landing page and form
  • Direct paid agencies and channel representatives toward outcomes
  • Build attribution, incrementality testing, and channel-level reporting connecting spend to MQLs, pipeline, and CAC efficiency
  • Integrate paid and organic performance reporting
  • Lead organic growth strategy, roadmap, and OKRs
  • Grow qualified organic traffic and improve conversion to activated users and pipeline
  • Build the SPS AEO/GEO playbook, including citation strategy, structured content, and answer-engine share-of-voice tracking
  • Set technical SEO priorities and oversee agency or specialist delivery
  • Unify SPS presence across Reddit, G2, YouTube, and other community and review surfaces

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company
  • Direct ownership of a paid media budget and an organic search program
  • Hands-on command of paid search and paid social
  • Experience owning a meaningful budget and building a channel mix from scratch
  • Ability to think in SQLs, pipeline, CAC, and payback
  • Active experimentation with citation strategies, structured content for model consumption, or measuring share of voice in answer engines
  • Understanding of site architecture, schema, crawl, and Core Web Vitals
  • Experience distinguishing trust-building content from low-value content
  • Experience managing agencies and holding them to outcomes
  • Comfort with attribution limitations and designing defensible tests
  • Ability to make consequential decisions with incomplete data
  • Experimentation mindset
  • Preferred: experience navigating major Google algorithm updates
  • Preferred: experience running incrementality or geo-holdout testing
  • Preferred: understanding of retrieval-augmented generation systems
  • Preferred: hands-on use of AI and automation tools
  • Preferred: experience in a regulated or compliance-sensitive industry
