About the role

  • Quality Assurance Automation Team Lead overseeing automation team testing Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. Defining strategies, enhancing frameworks, and providing team development in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the QA Automation team in North America and Pune, ensuring adherence to automation best practices and standards
  • Define and implement automation strategies for Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates, and other enterprise applications
  • Enhance and maintain automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency
  • Oversee creation and execution of automated test suites using Tosca and other tools
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation processes and documentation
  • Coordinate with project teams to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
  • Support the long‑term vision for CI/CD by laying foundational automation practices, with the intent to integrate into pipelines in the future
  • Provide status updates and defect metrics to stakeholders using Jira and qTest
  • Support manual testing efforts when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading QA automation teams and managing multiple projects in dynamic environments
  • Expertise in Tricentis Tosca (Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2 certifications required)
  • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, scripting languages (Java, C#, Python), and troubleshooting automation issues
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud testing processes (nice to have)
  • Understanding of Financial, HRMS, and Project Accounting business processes (nice to have)
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Tricentis qTest
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, ITIL principles, and database querying
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
  • Graduation in a computer-related Diploma or Degree program
  • 10+ years of QA experience, with minimum 2+ years in automation leadership and 4+ years using Tosca
