About the role

  • Account Manager using AI-enabled workflows to clarify creative operations for Storm Ideas’ US entertainment clients. Owning stakeholder context, client rhythm, follow-up, and systems/process handoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Own account context for selected Creative Operations and Systems / Process Design clients, including stakeholders, priorities, history, open questions, risks, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Run the client operating rhythm so meetings, updates, actions, blockers, decisions, and handoffs remain clear
  • Turn vague client requests into next steps, questions, owners, dependencies, and decision points
  • Use AI tools and workflows for meeting preparation, account research, stakeholder mapping, summarisation, action tracking, drafting, QA, and reusable account memory
  • Ensure clients feel well looked after through clear communication, follow-up, useful questions, and strong account ownership
  • Write client-ready summaries that make messy work understandable without overpromising or hiding uncertainty
  • Maintain stakeholder maps, account notes, decision logs, follow-up trackers, and reusable context
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Creative Operations, AI Operations, and technical colleagues
  • Understand creative and operational workflows, challenge weak assumptions, ask practical questions, and explain tradeoffs in plain English
  • Identify whether client requests involve workflow, visibility, approval, stakeholder, or operating-rhythm problems
  • Help internal teams avoid overbuilding, underscoping, or committing before client needs are clear
  • Improve how account knowledge is captured, summarised, shared, and reused
  • Foster new opportunities and growth in existing client agreements

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience owning client relationships, stakeholder communication, account delivery, or complex operational conversations
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • High agency and ability to escalate early when needed
  • Structured thinking and ability to break ambiguous work into users, inputs, outputs, owners, statuses, risks, decisions, and definitions of done
  • Serious interest in becoming an expert in AI-enabled account management
  • Existing use of AI in real work, including tools, prompts, workflows, context packs, summaries, QA checks, and repeatable operating patterns
  • Strong client presence; warm, confident, curious, responsive, and able to make clients feel understood
  • Comfortable with Airtable, Monday.com, Notion, Asana, spreadsheets, Slack, Teams, or similar collaboration/workflow systems
  • Sufficient systems/process literacy to understand what is being built, why it matters, risks, and how to explain it to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability and availability to work 9:00am–5:30pm US Eastern Time
  • Legal right to work in Canada without restrictions or right to work in Canada through a visa
