- Senior Director of Data & AI Engineering leading enterprise platforms for SLC Management. Overseeing strategy, architecture, and execution while fostering a performance-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of data, AI, and engineering platforms
- Drive the evolution of enterprise platforms built on Snowflake, Informatica, and AWS
- Champion modern delivery methodologies to increase speed-to-value
- Provide executive and hands-on technical leadership for scalable data pipelines
- Lead modernization of the Informatica IICS/IDMC ecosystem
- Establish production-grade AI engineering patterns
- Provide leadership for cloud infrastructure and platform operations
- Champion developer productivity and lead communities of practice
- Lead and grow a high-performing organization of managers and engineers
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership
- Deep expertise designing and operating scalable data pipelines and cloud data warehouse solutions
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Snowflake
- Strong expertise with Informatica IICS/IDMC
- AWS cloud platform experience
- Understanding of AI engineering patterns and Responsible AI principles
- Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into executive-ready communication
