- Build ad hoc analytics solutions for diverse needs—from workforce forecasting to bot performance tracking
- Support compliance initiatives through Excel and Power Query development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reports and ensure business alignment
- Optimize processes by identifying and implementing continuous improvements
Requirements
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required for Quebec only
- Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools (or strong willingness to learn)
- Strong Excel skills including formula development and data manipulation
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments
