Cloud Infrastructure Analyst responsible for enterprise AI and analytics solutions. Collaborating with Cloud, Security, Architecture, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
Responsibilities
Act as SME for enterprise AI services and solutions owned and operated by the team.
Support and integrate AI Solutions across the enterprise using a suite of AI-focused cloud services.
Enable and maintain Amazon Bedrock Capabilities (Agents, Knowledge Bases, etc.).
Develop and support Amazon Bedrock Agentcore for existing and future use cases.
Enable and support Amazon Q Business solutions for enterprise AI use cases.
Develop and support Amazon Quick Suite with focus on agentic workflows.
Support productionizing existing services and patterns enabled by the team.
Support Pattern as a Product framework for reusable cloud solutions.
Apply DevOps and automation-first practices to improve reliability of services and solutions.
Lead Proof of Concepts, KTLO (Keep The Lights On) activities, and CI/CD improvements while providing training and support to optimize cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with Cloud, Security, Architecture, Data Science, and Analytics partners.
Provide guidance and informal mentorship to team members, as appropriate.
Influence platform standards by contributing to reference architectures, reusable patterns, and operational playbooks.
Requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience assessing trade offs, managing risk, and resolving complex issues.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Hands on experience with AWS development tools (IAM, s3, CloudFormation, Lambda, Service Catalog).
Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation and/or Terraform).
CI/CD (such as Jenkins) and Git based and Bitbucket based workflows.
PowerShell, Python or other shell scripting for automation.
Experience supporting AI/ML or analytics platforms.
Experience in regulated or security focused environments.
