Responsibilities
Designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving enterprise infrastructure environments that support critical business and operational systems
Providing technical leadership and mentoring team members
Interfacing with and presenting to executive leadership
Establishing best practices through standardization, automation, documentation, and strong engineering discipline
Contributing to both strategic infrastructure initiatives and day-to-day operational excellence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Five or more years of progressive experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical role
Hands-on experience delivering infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
Experience with industrial control systems, endpoint security technologies, and cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS will be considered strong assets
Preferred certifications include: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CompTIA Server+, Other relevant infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity certifications
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
A high degree of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence
