Responsibilities
- Review manual test cases for Salesforce customizations.
- Support, maintain, and optimize all activities related to test automation.
- Analyze user stories and functional requirements.
- Contribute to manual testing; execute test cases and scripts.
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Set up, configure, and administer Salesforce test environments.
- Participate in the development, deployment, and administration of QA processes and tools.
- Design, build, and execute automation scripts.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of software testing experience.
- Significant experience with Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud).
- Over 2 years of experience with automated functional testing tools, preferably Playwright.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience using Postman for API testing.
- Experience with Xray (or a similar test management tool natively integrated with Jira).
- Experience with agile methodologies and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Git.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder): a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (an asset).
