Responsibilities
Lead a team within the Legal Technology Enablement team in Toronto
Manage TD Legal's technology stack from the legal business and operational standpoint
Support Legal's Data and Technology roadmap
Develop and implement configurations for efficient and scalable solutions across TD Legal
Participate in strategic planning and ongoing operational management of the TD Legal Technology Stack
Partner with the TD technology team to lead and coordinate upgrades and system updates
Manage the team supporting the technology platforms
Lead and manage Business Operations Practices supporting BAU processes for three or more applications
Own deployment and change management for initiatives and projects across all project tiers
Support projects in developing operating practices and integrating technology projects into operational processes
Manage documentation for Business Operations and project artifacts, including Operations Manuals, BRDs, SRSs, and Test Plans
Ensure adherence to privacy, legal, compliance, and Office of the Chief Data Officer requirements
Establish relationships across business and technology partners, program managers, and project managers
Ensure compliance and procedure guidelines to support satisfactory audit results
Assess resources and capabilities and enhance the value delivered
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in data management, Information Technology (IT) Management, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years’ experience in supporting business applications, acceptance testing, business analysis focused on business requirements, and managing end-to-end application/technology change management within a North American financial services setting
Ability to navigate and translate complex application and/or data issues into business terms
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Experience in project management and managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
