Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and its core applications
Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls
Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, and Catalog Items
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and Notifications
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Support platform-hosted services and applications, including data quality and configuration management processes
Troubleshoot platform, configuration, and performance issues
Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, testing, releases, and deployments
Maintain platform security and appropriate access controls
Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
Identify automation, process improvement, and platform optimization opportunities
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Provide technical support and guidance to ServiceNow users and Service Owners
Collaborate with a diverse workforce in a matrix environment to obtain and synthesize stakeholder requirements
Work with the team to implement ServiceNow capabilities
Ensure business requirements are understood and prioritize or escalate delivery of projects
Align new business capabilities with the ITSM roadmap and strategy
Requirements
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) designation
More than 5 years of ServiceNow System Administration experience
High SME technical knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
ITIL Foundations knowledge
Technical knowledge of ITSM platforms
Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities
Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse, matrixed workforce
Ability to obtain and synthesize requirements from external stakeholders
Ability to understand business requirements and prioritize or escalate project delivery
Ability to align new capabilities with the ITSM roadmap and strategy
