Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL environments
- Manage the complete database lifecycle
- Implement and maintain high-availability solutions
- Optimize database performance
- Automate operational and deployment activities
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents and issues
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Produce required technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with various IT teams
- Continuously monitor technology developments
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Have advanced experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
- Have experience working in high-availability and multisite environments
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Microsoft Azure is an asset
- Knowledge of data security and compliance
- Proficiency with automation and scripting tools
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and excellent analytical skills
- Possess excellent communication skills in French
