About the role

Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and document the infrastructure services under your responsibility
- Monitor the health of systems and servers to prevent service interruptions
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and security issues
- Contribute to the management, tracking, and resolution of complex incidents and problems
- Participate in the implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 platforms and SaaS solutions
- Plan and execute technical tests related to infrastructure and applications
- Automate operational tasks using scripts and DevOps tools
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, security, and operations teams
- Document services, procedures, and technology architectures
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend best practices for integration and operations
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Have experience administering Windows and Linux systems
- Be proficient in at least two programming or scripting languages
- Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Have experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
- Be proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or other relevant scripting languages
- Have a strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity management mechanisms
- Be fluent in spoken and written French
