About the role

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers
- Optimize system performance and availability
- Implement and maintain security mechanisms
- Perform backups and data recovery activities
- Diagnose and resolve system- and network-related incidents
- Collaborate on application deployment and operations activities
- Participate in the continuous monitoring of infrastructure
- Document configurations and operating procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Linux environments
- Participate in technology watch and research activities
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Have extensive experience with Linux environments, particularly Red Hat
- Be proficient in Shell scripting and automation tools
- Have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is an asset
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is an asset
- Be fluent in spoken and written French
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and excellent analytical skills
- Possess excellent collaboration and communication skills
