About the role

  • Finance Manager strengthening controls, reporting, treasury, and audit processes for Teltonika’s Americas IoT operations. Partnering with HQ and regional CEOs from Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HQ and regional CEOs by providing ad-hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support
  • Coordinate preparation of annual financial statements and audit support packages
  • Coordinate with external auditors and close audits on time
  • Review and provide P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting with variance analysis versus budget
  • Prepare weekly payment reports and cash forecasts
  • Support working capital discipline and banking relationships
  • Monitor and mitigate foreign exchange exposure
  • Review accounting records and bank statements
  • Strengthen approval workflows, fraud prevention checks, and spend controls
  • Standardize templates, automate recurring reporting, improve documentation, and accelerate financial closes
  • Track country-specific banking, tax, and reporting changes and translate them into practical organizational actions
  • Report directly to the Head of Office Finance at HQ

Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s / Master‘s degree in Economics / Finance / Business administration or related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in audit, accounting or finance
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data
  • Energy, drive and can-do attitude
  • Commercial acumen and ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential financial and business risks
  • Hands-on, practical and operational approach
  • Work experience in multinational environments, especially with South America region (nice to have)
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills (nice to have)
  • Fluency in Spanish (big plus)
