Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to develop data strategies and assets
Empower the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to effectively manage the existing customer base, acquire new customers, and gain valuable insights into business performance
Own and deliver on core business 360 goals to enable the Agentic AI roadmap
Collaborate internally with data managers to ensure data and assets are developed in line with the overall mission
Collaborate externally with CIO in enabling data, tools and processes to support the roadmap
Create strategy, roadmap and key milestones documents
Share track and report on the progress with the leadership team
Raise awareness on risks, opportunities and resourcing required to execute on the roadmap
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field
6+ years in data and in leading cross-functional programs/projects
Strong knowledge in BI, Customer 360, Martech (Salesforce)
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes and data warehousing
Advanced experience in SQL, Python, BI tools and Cloud
Strong knowledge in AI (LLMs) and application from a data engineering perspective
Understanding of data privacy, CASL regulations
Great-to-have Team management
B2B experience
Certification on Google cloud or any other cloud platform
Telecom industry experience
