Responsibilities
Manage data-processing workflows for L&D portfolio insights, learning evaluation and measurement
Extract, clean, and handle large datasets from various sources to prepare data for analysis
Utilize statistical methods and analytics techniques to identify trends and patterns
Screen and prioritize relevant data to ensure that only necessary information is extracted and presented for decision-making purposes
Develop interactive reports and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or other tools
Collaborate with Learning Enablement team members and other COEs across L&D to gather requirements and ensure insights align with business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is a must have.
Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate is good to have.
Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA, Power Query M, or SQL for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, esp. Power BI and Tableau
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong ability to think critically
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity
Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
Experience in an HR or L&D governance context is highly desirable
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to take initiative and work independently
