  • Strong critical‑thinking and analysis skills. Can confidently facilitate discussions and present to diverse stakeholders. Communicates clearly—verbally, visually, and in writing. Builds trusted relationships with executives, SMEs, and peers. Excels at managing multiple priorities with high quality. Understands Fundserv processes, operations, and standards. Familiar with requirements analysis and modeling techniques.
