About the role

Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Performing test execution, record and report defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust End-to-End (E2E) test automation scripts.
- Participating in the design and implementation of automation testing solutions.
- Contributing to the improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
- Supporting our continuous testing practices.
- Providing production support of software products by investigating and recreating reported defects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in testing
- Strong English communicator and clearly articulates ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices
- Highly structured and organized yet flexible enough to thrive with changing requirements and schedules
- Experience and understanding of Web application testing
- Testing of business logic, usability, and UI
- Understanding the difference between GET and POST requests
- Basic XSS knowledge
- Experience in establishing or improving the testing process
- Loves collaborating with teams and individuals to clarify and understand user needs and technical capabilities
- ISTQB certification (considered as an advantage)
- Experience with Jira administration (considered as an advantage)
- Experience with agile software development methodologies (considered as an advantage)
- Experience with performance testing (considered as an advantage)
- Experience with security testing (considered as an advantage)
