Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient production
- Troubleshooting equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Adhering to company safety and operational standards
- Reading blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Installing, aligning, dismantling and moving industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
- Operating hoisting and lifting devices during installation and repair
- Inspecting machinery to detect irregularities and malfunctions
- Installing and maintaining power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Operating machine tools and performing routine maintenance work on machinery
Requirements
- Licensed Millwright (or equivalent education & experience in industrial mechanical maintenance)
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and maintenance practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency with alignment and calibration tools
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
