About the role

Responsable du développement philanthropique pour Illumine la nuit, événement canadien de collecte de fonds contre les cancers du sang. Développement de partenariats, mobilisation de participants et croissance des revenus.

Responsibilities

Autonomously manage a portfolio of fundraising teams, sponsors, and participants
Develop tailored engagement plans to motivate teams and partners
Collaborate in identifying and soliciting new prospects
Provide high-level support and recognition
Ensure an exceptional experience for participants and partners
Achieve revenue and retention targets
Develop and implement development plans, solicitation activities, budgets, timelines, and logistical arrangements
Work with the Community Services Manager to embed the mission across the region
Work with the Campaign Director to ensure portfolio performance and sustained revenue growth

Fundraising experience
Ability to interact in person with community members across Quebec
Availability to attend evening and weekend events as required
Experience working on a team with ambitious targets
Ability to build, grow, and maintain a broad, diverse network of donors, volunteers, and partners
Boldness to try new approaches and ability to lead by example
Flexibility and willingness to support multiple campaigns and events across the region
Commitment to the mission of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada
