Requirements
- Deep knowledge of automated testing technologies for both web and mobile
- Ability to define coherent QA strategies based on needs and the type of engagement
- Comfortable with both strategy and execution: you set the framework and are also willing to get hands-on with automated and manual testing
- Skilled at guiding teams toward better practices with a pedagogical and collaborative approach
- Able to exercise diplomacy to reconcile product requirements with quality assurance
- Desire to build: establish foundations, bring consistency, and nurture the growth of the practice
- Nice to have: an accessibility mindset — knowledge of WCAG standards and a desire to make accessibility a team habit
