Responsibilities

Responsible for the quality assurance process across multiple teams at Thirdbridge
Plans strategies tailored to different technologies and the contexts of Thirdbridge's various projects
Actively participates in the execution and implementation of automated and manual tests

Deep knowledge of automated testing technologies for both web and mobile
Ability to define coherent QA strategies based on needs and the type of engagement
Comfortable with both strategy and execution: you set the framework and are also willing to get hands-on with automated and manual testing
Skilled at guiding teams toward better practices with a pedagogical and collaborative approach
Able to exercise diplomacy to reconcile product requirements with quality assurance
Desire to build: establish foundations, bring consistency, and nurture the growth of the practice
Nice to have: an accessibility mindset — knowledge of WCAG standards and a desire to make accessibility a team habit
