About the role

  • Loss Prevention Home Office Security Coordinator ensuring workplace safety and security for TJX Canada. Responsible for day-to-day monitoring and crisis management as a first responder.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a safe workplace by maintaining an active role (first responder) in crisis management during any on-site incident
  • Responsible for monitoring day to day Home Office security operations.
  • Ensure policies are followed and provide frontline guidance to security guards, vendors, and external agencies
  • Liaison with Vendors of mission critical assets and infrastructure (Access Control, CCTV etc.) to ensure the system is fully operational
  • Ensure security guards frequently patrol and monitor Home Office grounds (interior/exterior
  • Oversee daily use and administration of the access control system for Associates, Visitors, and Vendors.
