About the role

Integration Developer at Tonal building integration layers for ecommerce, fulfillment, and finance systems. Collaborates across Operations, Finance, and Logistics for scalable solutions in D2C retail.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, fulfillment, and financial systems.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders in Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Build error handling, alerting, and reprocessing flows to ensure integration reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues and failures.
Keep up-to-date with the latest data integration tools and techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
1-3 years of experience in systems integration, enterprise application development, or business technology engineering, including internships or co-op terms.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/CSV data formats, and webhook-based event-driven patterns.
Exposure to enterprise systems — understanding of how systems like ERP, CRM, or WMS are used in a business context is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with D2C retail, e-commerce, or supply chain concepts such as order-to-cash flow, fulfillment, inventory management, or returns processing.
Experience with SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
