About the role
- Integration Developer at Tonal building integration layers for ecommerce, fulfillment, and finance systems. Collaborates across Operations, Finance, and Logistics for scalable solutions in D2C retail.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, fulfillment, and financial systems.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders in Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Build error handling, alerting, and reprocessing flows to ensure integration reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues and failures.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest data integration tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in systems integration, enterprise application development, or business technology engineering, including internships or co-op terms.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/CSV data formats, and webhook-based event-driven patterns.
- Exposure to enterprise systems — understanding of how systems like ERP, CRM, or WMS are used in a business context is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with D2C retail, e-commerce, or supply chain concepts such as order-to-cash flow, fulfillment, inventory management, or returns processing.
- Experience with SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
