About the role
- DevOps analyst-programmer evolving and operating Desjardins's cloud-based Camunda platform. Automating delivery pipelines, ensuring production reliability, and resolving complex incidents.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, enhancement, and operation of platforms
- Design, develop, test, integrate, and deploy solutions in accordance with software development and security best practices
- Contribute to the automation of delivery pipelines and the continuous improvement of DevOps processes
- Ensure the stability, performance, resilience, and observability of production services
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and business partners to design solutions that meet the organization’s needs
- Participate in the analysis and resolution of complex incidents and proactively improve the platform
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or approaches to evolve the ecosystem
- Document solutions, operational practices, and technical processes
- Serve as a subject matter resource for delivery teams and contribute to knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Passionate about cloud development, automation, and operating critical platforms
- Experience with or knowledge of the Camunda platform
- Knowledge of modern, scalable, cloud-oriented architecture
- Experience in a SAFe Agile and DevOps environment
- Knowledge of software development and security best practices
- Delivery pipeline automation skills
- Ability to ensure the stability, performance, resilience, and observability of production services
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents
- Ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies or approaches
- Skills in documenting solutions, operational practices, and technical processes
