About the role
- Senior Mobile Developer creating reproducible mobile coding tasks and verifiers for next-generation AI systems. Applying expertise across React Native, Flutter, iOS, or Android development.
Responsibilities
- Create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on complex mobile software engineering problems
- Create realistic, challenging mobile coding tasks using preferred repositories
- Design tasks involving debugging, non-trivial feature development, application state and lifecycle, and performance improvement
- Define each problem and build a reproducible environment
- Write deterministic verifiers that accept correct solutions across valid implementations and reject incorrect, incomplete, or hard-coded approaches
- Provide a golden reference solution for each task
Requirements
- Significant hands-on expertise in at least one mobile development track: TypeScript or JavaScript with React Native; Dart with Flutter; Swift with SwiftUI or UIKit; or Kotlin with Jetpack Compose or the Android View system
- Deep understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle
- Proven ability to debug complex mobile applications, resolve bugs, and deliver effective performance improvements
