Requirements
- 200-hour yoga teacher certification (RYT-200 or equivalent)
- Two or more years of teaching experience, including work with older adults
- Demonstrated experience with chair yoga, gentle yoga, or adaptive practice
- Comfort teaching to camera with strong verbal cueing
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Quiet, well-lit teaching space
- Comfort with Zoom
- Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it
