About the role
- 1099 recruiter sourcing and placing legal, healthcare, and other professionals into government contract roles. Building candidate pipelines and earning uncapped commissions remotely for TrHN.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of active government requisitions
- Aggressively source qualified candidates
- Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
- Screen and qualify candidates
- Submit qualified candidates quickly
- Follow candidates through the hiring process
- Work directly with TrHN recruiting and business development leadership
- Document candidate activity and communications in Greenhouse ATS/CRM
- Consistently work active requisitions until they are filled
- Recruit attorneys, legal professionals, physicians, advanced practice providers, and other professionals for government contract opportunities
Requirements
- Experienced 1099 recruiter
- Proven recruiting experience
- Ability to find difficult-to-reach candidates
- Willingness to make cold calls
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Ability to move quickly when a strong candidate is identified
- Understanding of the importance of candidate follow-up
- Motivation by commission and results
- Desire to build a long-term book of business and candidate network
- Government recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Existing relationships with attorneys, legal professionals, government contractors, or professional candidates are a major plus
- Recruiters outside the USA must sign a W-8BEN
