About the role

  • Senior Brand Designer shaping campaigns, data visualizations, and brand systems for TRM’s AI-powered crime-intelligence platforms. Building scalable AI-assisted creative workflows while maintaining human-led craft.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver brand design end-to-end across campaigns, web, social, events, reports, and collateral
  • Apply and extend TRM’s creative direction through typography, layout, imagery, and color decisions
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to explore directions, create variations, accelerate first passes, and support production
  • Translate complex, data-heavy subject matter into infographics and data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to TRM’s brand systems and build repeatable AI-assisted brand-asset workflows
  • Share AI workflow learnings to build team fluency
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, product marketing, and other designers in critique
  • Support art direction of external creatives, agencies, illustrators, and motion designers
  • Ship brand pieces end-to-end within TRM’s system and creative direction
  • Take a flagship campaign or report from brief to delivery
  • Stand up an adopted AI-assisted brand-asset workflow that speeds production without lowering craft quality

Requirements

  • 6+ years of brand design experience, including time in high-craft environments (agency, editorial, elevated consumer, or design-forward tech)
  • Excellent portfolio with strong command of typography, layout, color, and composition, and a clear aesthetic point of view
  • Hands-on experience bringing generative AI into real creative work
  • Clear understanding of where AI helps and falls short, with appetite to keep growing those skills
  • Fluency in brand systems
  • Proven ability in data visualization, infographics, and editorial design
  • Master fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite across digital and print
  • Experience using component libraries and partnering with external developers
  • Ability to scope work independently, ask the right questions early, and deliver finished work without close supervision
