About the role

  • Team Lead managing operations and staff of Learning Assessment Centre at the University of Alberta. Responsible for promoting assessment services and developing expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the operations and staff of the Learning Assessment Centre.
  • Promote the Learning Assessment Centre Services throughout the University of Alberta and to external exam and certification exam agencies.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all clients of the Learning Assessment Centre.
  • Develop future strategies to promote and expand the Learning Assessment Centre services.

Requirements

  • A degree in education or adult education (master’s degree in education or assessment is an asset) or experience in running an exam centre at a post-secondary institution.
