Responsibilities
- Build a state-driven UI that adapts seamlessly to network-specific quirks.
- Support legacy and new plans simultaneously.
- Create elegant, highly accessible (a11y-first) interfaces that work across platforms.
- Work on mission-critical projects, like our next-gen agentic AI chatbot.
- Lead and contribute to building modern front-end features using React, TypeScript, and CSS.
- Design and build UI components for both web and React Native applications.
- Architect scalable systems to support millions of user interactions across different networks.
- Champion accessibility (a11y) and performance as first-class concerns.
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to drive elegant, data-informed solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of front-end engineering experience building production-grade UIs.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and CSS-in-JS or equivalent styling approaches.
- Experience with state management and data fetching libraries (e.g., Tanstack Query, Redux, Zustand).
- A strong eye for UX/UI detail, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Comfort dealing with complexity: legacy code, varied device support, and cross-platform consistency.
- A self-starter who can define and deliver high-leverage solutions with minimal oversight.
- Bonus: Experience with Rust, mobile development (React Native), or telecom-related apps.
