About the role
- Business Systems Analyst supporting advancement data and reporting services for the University of Toronto. Collaborating with various teams to enhance data integrity and reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients and technical subject matter experts on best practice for documenting system requirements
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements
- Planning the implementation of new business system processes
- Training end-users on procedures and the use of supported IT systems
- Collaborating on cost estimates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum five (5) years experience working with business process and/or business analysis
- Experience with business analysis management methodologies and techniques
- Experience using Business Intelligence software and Data Visualization tools
- Experience with data analysis, writing database queries using SQL
- Functional knowledge and experience in relational database management system concepts
