About the role
- Sr. Revenue Systems Analyst optimizing sales operations and driving data-driven insights at Powerfleet. Collaborating with global teams to improve revenue efficiency and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business-side voice for GTM systems, partnering closely with the EBS team.
- Lead requirements gathering for system enhancements and integrations across the GTM tech stack.
- Translate business pain points into clear, structured business requirements.
- Own user acceptance testing for system changes and new feature rollouts.
- Identify and escalate system gaps and workflow inefficiencies.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of scalable sales processes.
- Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure to provide Sales leadership visibility.
- Champion data hygiene and governance practices across GTM systems.
- Act as a responsive and reliable partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and EBS stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM Systems role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce is required; Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with complementary GTM tools such as Salesloft, Cognism, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements and partnering with technical teams to deliver system improvements.
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing and supporting end-to-end rollouts of system changes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Comfortable working with AI productivity tools; exposure to Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communicator; able to document requirements and engage cross-functional partners effectively.
