About the role
- GTM product operator shaping Vasco’s revenue context layer for AI agents. Guiding RevOps-focused product decisions, customer co-building, and operator-grade releases.
Responsibilities
- Act as the operator's point of view within the product team
- Participate in framing and shaping sessions and identify where proposed solutions fail for RevOps teams
- Answer designers' and engineers' questions about product decisions, explaining the reasoning
- Define release pass criteria based on what operators must accomplish unaided
- Observe real operators using the current product and turn findings into evidence and return bets with metrics
- Run co-build sessions with customers and agencies
- Prepare customer and agency sessions around the highest-value questions
- Bring engineers and designers into customer sessions to listen
- Maintain the operator reference used independently by the product squad
- Teach designers and engineers operator-grade reasoning so they can make decisions independently
- Report to Seb, the CTO
Requirements
- Experience running revenue operations across many companies, through a RevOps or GTM agency or in-house at more than one company
- Experience driving customer projects to a deadline
- Ability to prototype rather than only describe solutions
- Comfort using AI tools
- Ability to distinguish workflows that work from workflows that only demo well
- Ability to communicate effectively with designers and CROs and challenge revenue leaders when necessary
- Fast response and teaching-oriented working style
- Strong writing skills and ability to document judgment for others
- Ability to influence cofounders and senior designers and engineers
- Background check required before starting
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must agree to the hybrid work policy; remote work is not currently offered
