- Serve as one of the company’s highest-level technical leaders

Requirements
- 12–18 years of software engineering experience
- Proven experience operating at Staff+ / Principal Engineer level
- Strong experience building scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Deep expertise in backend systems, APIs, microservices, and platform engineering
- Experience working in high-growth fintech or modern technology companies
- Strong hands-on coding and architecture capabilities
