About the role
- Field Engineer providing customer-site servicing and repair of electromechanical equipment for G+D, a technology group. Ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through technical expertise and data-driven tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-site servicing, installation and repair of complex electromechanical equipment
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through data-driven tools
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures
- Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Associate Degree or Trade or technical school certificate/diploma preferred
- Minimum four (4) years of work experience
- Hands on experience with electro-mechanical equipment a must
- Previous experience dealing with customers a must
- Effective oral and written communication skills in French & English.
