About the role

  • Revenue Operations Manager improving forecasting, pipeline visibility, and GTM reporting. Supporting scalable sales systems and strategy for Versapay’s automated B2B accounts receivable platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive weekly forecasting and bookings updates, pipeline reviews, and monthly/quarterly business reviews
  • Refine data models and processes to improve forecasting accuracy and predictability
  • Enforce CRM stage definitions, rules of engagement, and data standards
  • Build and maintain strategic dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance metrics
  • Enhance analytics and reporting frameworks for key sales metrics and trends
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leaders
  • Deliver executive-ready insights for QBRs, board presentations, and recurring business reviews
  • Partner with Analytics to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and self-service reporting
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing on bookings plan modelling, target setting, and GTM capacity modelling
  • Facilitate quota allocation and support compensation planning and analysis
  • Support annual goals and strategic initiatives through goal design, reporting, inspection, and insights
  • Align leadership stakeholders for seamless GTM execution
  • Streamline and improve processes, policies, and tools
  • Support selection, integration, and optimization of the Sales Tech Stack, including AI-powered platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, or similar; preferably at a Fintech or SaaS company
  • Applies an outcomes-focused mindset to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts
  • Thrives in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment where accuracy, trust, and speed coexist
  • Able to work independently and complete assigned work with speed and accuracy
  • Assertive with humility and able to lead change in a positive way
  • Excellent communicator who can bridge Finance rigour and GTM clarity
  • Strong modelling skills in Excel
  • Comfort with a leading BI/Dashboarding platform, such as Tableau
  • Able to synthesize data and make recommendations
  • Trusted to manage sensitive compensation data with precision
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and other GTM systems, such as ZoomInfo, Gong, and Calendly
