About the role
- Data Visualization Specialist creating impactful visualizations for Viamo's AVA product. Leading data analysis and ensuring product insights directly inform strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, impactful visualizations of data, including reports and dashboards
- Ensure the absolute accuracy and reliability of all built data products
- Partner with the AVA Product Director to build master dashboards and visualizations
- Query Viamo data to answer specific questions about the performance of AVA
- Map and analyze the end-to-end user journey within AVA
- Translate complex data architectures and statistical findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Guide the product team to plan metrics definitions and recommend approaches
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working as a data analyst or in a related role
- Strong expertise in SQL
- Proven experience in dashboarding software such as Google Data Studio
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Degree in computer science, data science, or a similar field
- Experience with data warehouse solutions like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
- A passion for helping people in emerging markets through mobile technology.
