About the role

  • Data Visualization Specialist creating impactful visualizations for Viamo's AVA product. Leading data analysis and ensuring product insights directly inform strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear, impactful visualizations of data, including reports and dashboards
  • Ensure the absolute accuracy and reliability of all built data products
  • Partner with the AVA Product Director to build master dashboards and visualizations
  • Query Viamo data to answer specific questions about the performance of AVA
  • Map and analyze the end-to-end user journey within AVA
  • Translate complex data architectures and statistical findings into clear insights and recommendations
  • Guide the product team to plan metrics definitions and recommend approaches

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a data analyst or in a related role
  • Strong expertise in SQL
  • Proven experience in dashboarding software such as Google Data Studio
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Degree in computer science, data science, or a similar field
  • Experience with data warehouse solutions like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
  • A passion for helping people in emerging markets through mobile technology.
