About the role

Gestionnaire de projets TI pilotant des projets technologiques complexes pour la Ville de Montréal. Suivi des livrables, coûts, risques, échéanciers et relations fournisseurs.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and oversee one or more complex, large-scale projects that affect the city's users.
Track project deliverables with the delivery team.
Manage the project's operational activities, including costs, scope, schedule, and risks.
Present project reporting to strategic stakeholders.
Participate in internal and external working groups and maintain collaborative relationships to identify shared solutions.
Manage procurement activities and oversee vendor relationships.
Lead AGIR Plus, a $12 million technology project aimed at improving municipal right-of-way management.
Lead digital solution projects, including online services, web portals, mobile applications, grant management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification in business administration, computer science, or another relevant field.
Six years of experience related to the position's responsibilities, particularly in managing large-scale technology projects.
Knowledge of MS Project and JIRA is an asset.
PMP certification is an asset.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
