Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Create and maintain process flows, workflows, user journeys, and system diagrams
- Analyze data flows, APIs, system integrations, and dependencies
- Work with developers and vendors to implement and improve solutions
- Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing, including defect identification and resolution
- Analyze and document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain functional and technical documentation
- Support integrations with banking, lending, credit, KYC/AML, and other financial systems
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Requirements
- Freelancers must meet the requirements for working on a freelance basis
- Include the proposed monthly rate in the application
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills
- Experience with workflows, process mapping, and system documentation
- Good understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Experience with system testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io is an advantage
- Experience in banking, lending, fintech, or financial services is preferred
