About the role

Gestionnaire de projets TI pilotant des solutions numériques pour améliorer les services de la Ville de Montréal. Supervision de projets complexes, budgets, échéanciers, risques et fournisseurs.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor one or more complex, large-scale projects affecting the city's users
Track project deliverables with the project delivery team
Oversee the project's day-to-day operations, including cost, scope, schedule, and risk management
Present project reporting to strategic stakeholders
Participate in internal and external working groups and maintain collaborative relationships to identify shared solutions
Manage procurement activities and be responsible for vendor relationships
Lead projects that develop and enhance the City of Montreal's digital solutions, including online services, web portals, mobile applications, grant management, citizen experience, and digital transformation

Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic credentials in business administration, computer science, or another relevant field
Six years of experience related to the position's responsibilities, specifically in managing large-scale technology projects
Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
Knowledge of MS Project and JIRA (an asset)
PMP certification (an asset)
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (preferred)
