Responsibilities
Own SAP related support triage through Zendesk, ensuring tickets are reviewed, prioritized, and routed to the correct functional group based on business impact and system area.
Ensure support tickets are directed effectively by determining the appropriate business function, SAP module, or technical team required for resolution.
Perform ongoing SAP system administration and monitoring to ensure stability, performance, and availability across environments.
Support new project initiations by leading SAP administrative setup activities during the first days of each engagement, working closely with customers.
Partner with customers to explain system purpose, overall SAP landscape, and environment usage during project onboarding.
Create and manage SAP users, roles, and access for customers and internal delivery teams.
Provision new SAP tenants and environments as required for projects.
Ensure UAT system setups are appropriate , secure, and aligned with project and testing requirements.
Complete landscape handover at the end of implementation projects and transition to support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in an SAP system administration or IT administration role.
Hands on experience administering SAP environments, including user management, transports , and system monitoring.
Experience supporting SAP S 4HANA environments, including cloud based deployments, is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with SAP Basis concepts and best practices.
Experience working with cloud platforms and infrastructure is an asset.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
