About the role
- Buyer/Planner managing and optimizing raw material planning for Vista's manufacturing. Ensuring on-time material delivery and collaborating with vendors for efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing raw materials and supplies for use in production.
- Ensure order and supply levels are properly maintained for all required materials.
- Ensure materials are 100% available for production.
- Ensure SAP ERP system is up to date.
- Independently perform marketing forecast evaluation/analysis.
- Support inventory management and planning activities remotely for multiple Vistaprint facilities.
- Coordinate and Plan daily inventory deliveries from 3PL warehouse.
- Support and implement Supply Chain best practices and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite (Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets).
- Experience with supply chain software (e.g., SAP or similar ERP systems) is considered an asset.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and issue resolution.
- Ability to travel to vendor sites or other Cimpress/Vistaprint locations if required.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision for extended periods of time.
