Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, mechanical engineering, simulation, serious games, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years in a technical leadership role (team lead, technical lead, delivery manager, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring technical teams.
- Ability to balance technical quality with delivery objectives.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel occasionally to client sites.
