About the role

  • Team Lead managing multidisciplinary product development for serious games and simulation training at CM Labs. Leading Agile processes and ensuring high-quality deliveries in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support a self-organizing, high-performing team.
  • Coordinate daily development activities, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Serve as a technical mentor to team members.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Customer Success teams.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss delivery planning, technical feasibility, and deployment strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, delivery quality, and team efficiency.
  • Contribute to recruiting activities and onboarding of new employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, mechanical engineering, simulation, serious games, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years in a technical leadership role (team lead, technical lead, delivery manager, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring technical teams.
  • Ability to balance technical quality with delivery objectives.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel occasionally to client sites.
