Responsibilities
- Guide Wonderly's engineering organization
- Develop and shape the company's engineering strategy and roadmap for the AI-native era
- Define and evolve software development lifecycle practices in the age of AI
- Lead technical excellence across internal tools and production systems
- Advance Wonderly's enterprise-grade internal software factory
- Use internal tools as a semi-production environment to experiment with architectural and AI coding decisions
- Position the company to adopt emerging AI technologies while maintaining production quality
- Tie technology decisions to measurable business outcomes and customer revenue and profit
- Balance experimentation with operational excellence and customer safety
